Summer Camp at Trillium!




Our campers are having a great time on campus this summer! In our video game boot camp and table top games camp, students are engaging in collaborative play, developing teamwork skills, sharing strategies, and connecting with their peers. At ceramics camp, students got their hands dirty as they honed skills in slab & hand building, wheel throwing, centering, and reclaiming clay from scrapped pots. They balanced creativity with seeking challenges and came away with incredible creations.




We're excited to see what next week's campers learn as they explore Seattle through day trips – from bowling to an escape room, students will build teamwork skills as they connect and deepen friendships with their peers.
 
Garden Work Party Monday, July 14 from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm




Join Trillium parents Laura Eastman, Mary Kate Horwood, and Angela Chabot for a work party in the garden! There is a pile of wood chips that needs to be spread throughout the space. Bring a shovel, rake, and/or wheelbarrow if you have one, or just show up ready to help. Volunteers are welcome to stop by for an hour or for the full day of work.

Offered specifically for the Trillium community, this short series is designed to help parents better understand and connect with their neurodivergent children in a supportive environment.




As a participant, you'll dive into bite-sized learning experiences featuring Mike Haykin, our student support consultant, and engage in community discussions with other Trillium parents a few times this summer. School-Wide Summer Gathering
Sunday, July 27, 4:00-8:00 pm at Magnuson Park Swimming Beach




The Parent Association is hosting a summer gathering for all Trillium Families this July! Join other families from school for swimming and great company on Sunday, July 27, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm near the swimming beach at Magnuson Park (near the red X on the map).




Bring dinner for your own family, as well as chairs or picnic blankets to sit on. The PA will provide some drinks, plates, and cutlery. We welcome you to bring any yard games that your kid likes to play.
